When does boarding start?
Registration and boarding begin two hours before and end 15 minutes before the departure.

Do you offer visa support services?
At your request, our manager will send you all documents required to submit your Russian visa application.

Do you allow smoking on board?
All ship interiors and staterooms are nonsmoking; this policy also applies to e-cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed in an outdoor smoking area on the open deck.

Is there a doctor on board?
The ship staffed by a doctor who accompanies the ship at all the times. Medical facilities and medical means are not intended to provide ongoing medical treatment for pre-existing conditions. We suggest you bring adequate supplies of prescription medications and other health-related items.

Do you have a special dress code?
We recommend wearing comfortable, smart-casual clothing both onshore and onboard. It will be great if you have something elegant for special events like the Captain’s dinner and evening concerts.
We advise you to take a warm pullover or windbreaker, as even on hot days it can get quite cool on the river. Please be sure to take comfortable shoes, as you will need them on excursions.
Depending on the season and destination, you may also add a warm coat, gloves, and water-resistant footwear, umbrella, sunglasses, a sun hat/visor, sunscreen.

Are meals included in the cruise price?
Yes, on boards our ships are full board breakfast («buffet»), lunches and dinners on the a-la-carte menu.
Kindly inform us in advance if you have specific dietary requests (e.g., low-fat, low-calorie, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegetarian, etc.).

Are drinks included in the cruise price?
On boards of our ships tea, coffee, juice, drinking water offered during breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price. Also included a sparkling wine for every breakfast; glass of wine, vodka or juice of your choice for dinner. There are hot and cold water stations on board.
Bottled mineral water, beer, wine, cocktails and strong alcoholic beverages can be ordered separately at an extra charge.

What Is The Electrical Voltage In The Stateroom?
Every cabin of our ships is equipped with 220V outlets.

Are there fridges in the cabins?
Every cabin of our ships is equipped with small individual fridges.

Are there air conditioners on the ships?
On the M/S Alexandre Benois and M/S N.A. Nekrasov all passengers’ cabins are equipped with individual air conditioners (split system); on the M/S Karl Marx only Suite («deluxe») cabins are equipped with these air conditioners. Cabins of other our ships are air-conditioned via the general ventilation system.

Should I bring a hair dryer on the cruise?
You can do that, although it is not necessary, as all cabins our ships are equipped with hair dryers.

Is there Internet access on board?
Yes, you can access Internet through Wi-Fi in one of the bars of our ships.
Our connections rely on a cellular terminal. Due to the nature of data bandwidth and latency, as well as potential interruptions in signals based on terrain and weather, you may experience slow online connections.

Is there a laundry service on board?
Yes, you can use the paid service (washing, ironing), or use the ship’s ironing room for free on boards of our ships.

Can I buy souvenirs on the ships?
Yes, you can. There are gift shops on boards of our ships.

Can you offer pre/post cruise program?
We recommend arriving at least one day before the cruise. Our managers will be happy to help you with the hotel reservation and offer interesting excursions. Please contact at en@infoflot.com.

Your cruise directors are fluent in English?
Yes, on boards of our ships cruise directors are fluent in English. We also provide a restaurant/bar menu, daily program and excursions in English. Service in other languages by request.

Which shore excursions are included in the cruise program?
In 2018 included all shore Russian excursions during the cruise. English speaking guide service is charged extra.
In 2019 on some cruises included all shore excursions accompanied by an English-speaking guide. Service in other languages by request.
Excursions pre/post cruise, as well as airport transfers., can be ordered extra.
